A question can change what you see.
Â
You can sense when the life you have built no longer holds you, even when you do not know what comes next.
Our tendency is to immediately try to make sense of what is happening. We want to know what it means, why it is happening, who is responsible, and what we should do next. So we think harder, gather more information, ask other people, or make a plan.
But the questions that matter most are rarely answered by thinking harder or looking outside ourselves. Discernment asks us to look beneath the obvious and question what we have assumed to be true. It asks us to recognize what is informing our intuition—fear, ego, conditioning, or a deeper knowing—and what may be shaping us outside our conscious awareness.
The Interior is a place to do that.
What happens inside The Interior
Â
I've spent much of my life accompanying people through grief, transition, and profound change. For more than a decade, this has been the focus of my professional work. I've worked with hundreds of people and learned to recognize patterns that can be difficult to see from within our own experience.
Each month, I bring an observation from my work into The Interior and offer a pointed question designed to take the inquiry beyond what the thinking mind alone can resolve. I guide the inquiry in stages, with time to sit with the question and notice what arises.
There is time for silence and reflection, followed by an opportunity to share what you noticed and be witnessed. At times, I may offer another question to invite you to look somewhere you may not have looked before.
You are welcome to speak or remain silent. Both are forms of full participation.

Sometimes you can name what has left you unsettled. A career that once defined you no longer does, or you have outgrown an identity. A relationship has changed or ended, or you are living with a loss. Your body no longer supports you the way it once did. A belief you relied upon may now be at odds with your conscience.
And often, you cannot name what you are experiencing. You only know that something feels off.
You do not need to arrive with a question or an agenda. The Interior is an invitation to become quiet enough to hear what is beneath the noise and meet what you find there.
Mystery and unknowing are part of the interior life.
