The Omni Bedford Springs Resort is a historic, luxury property in central Pennsylvania, known for its mineral springs and quiet elegance. People have traveled here for generations to tend their bodies and restore their spirits.

The geography matters. The land, the mountains, the mineral springs, the changing leaves. They are all part of the work.

We will set aside time together at the resort's historic indoor mineral spring pool. An invitation to let the water do what water has always done — heal.

The resort sits two hours from Pittsburgh International Airport. This is by design. The drive through the mountains is not an inconvenience. It is the beginning of the retreat. The nervous system begins to settle. The noise of ordinary life begins to fall away. By the time you arrive, something has already started.

What This Retreat Includes

Four days and three nights at the Omni Bedford Springs Resort, with a private deluxe king room for each participant
Thursday Welcome Reception to open our time together
Carefully prepared meals throughout: breakfast each morning, lunch on Friday, and a closing dinner on Saturday evening
All retreat programming: circle gatherings, universal teachings, energetic clearings, space for silence, and dedicated time with the historic mineral spring pool and the land
A pre-retreat online gathering to meet one another and arrive with intention
One private soul direction session with Keveney following the retreat, for integration and continued accompaniment

The group is intentionally small. Nine souls. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 15. Check-out is at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 18. Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the Resort.

A refundable $500 deposit holds your place and books your 30-minute discernment call with Keveney. Payment plans are available and can be discussed on our call.

The deposit applies in full toward your retreat investment. If after your call you feel it is not the right fit, your deposit will be returned in full. Enrollment closes September 5, 2026.

About Keveney Evanne

Before becoming a grief and soul companion, Keveney practiced law in corporate America for a decade. Her practice areas included employment law, oil and gas, and family-based immigration law. Alongside that work, she represented survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking, and unaccompanied immigrant children.

She brings twenty-five years of study in peak performance and flow science, over a decade of immersion in mysticism and wisdom traditions, and a lifetime of experience in energetic clearing — a gift she has carried since childhood.

Her work is rooted in the kind of accompaniment that does not try to fix or rush, but listens, holds, and trusts the wisdom already present in each person.

The Sacred Shift is the place where she brings together all of it: the practical and the universal, the ancient and the embodied, the inner and the outer. It is the space she holds.
